I'm home

Rehearsal tonight. Blissful rehearsal. It's a fun group. They've welcomed me with open arms, and it feels good.

I taught them a few "east coast" things tonight, and they picked everything up REALLY fast. It was a lot of fun. Very rewarding.

It's very reassuring. Having this here, right now, is exactly what I need to keep all the crappy stuff from dragging me down into the funk. Tonight I felt like I was actually LIVING here rather than just staying here.

It is good.

For those of you in the Bay Area, I'll be doing a show with them on the 30th. I have tickets if you're interested. They're $5 in advance, $7 at the door.

Anyhoo, that's about it.
