So now I can sit in my parents house, anywhere I want, and use my computer in San Jose as if I was sitting in front of it.

So I was down at the theater tonight watching the rehearsal for dad's show when an old friend, Keith, showed up.

I've known Keith since I was 11 years old.  He was probably 20 or so when we met.  He was one of the theater regulars, and always took the time to talk to the awkward kid in the tech booth.

Keith invested alot of his money in this internet startup called eBay a while back, and now he lives rather comfortably doing what ever he wants to do.

What, you may ask, does he want to do?  Keith is a magician.  Last weekend he was in Vegas hanging with Penn and Teller, David Blane and some other random folks like Hugh Hefner and the Ultimate Fighting Championship Champion.  He also recently got back from a three month stint in New Zealand working with Peter Jackson on King Kong.  Keith designed and built all of King Kong's finger and toe nails.  How fucking cool is that?

And I know this guy!

Damn, I wish he needed an assistant.
