Holy customer service, Batman...

So today I got a package in the mail from Southwest Airlines.  It was just a set of small magnets (not cheapass ones either) and a note.  The note started off by apologizing for the tardyness of the note, then went on to check to see if I was okay after my Unfortunate Airline Event back in October.

I'm really surprised that they took the time to send a note at all, let alone apologize for it being TARDY.

Southwest may have crappy seats, but damn they're pretty nice...
