In Which I Become A Gym Bunny...

Okay, not really. But I have buckled down and started really focusing on getting there regularly. Not semi-regularly, not quasi-regularly, not occasu-regularly, but regularly. Like 6 days a week regularly.

One of the things that's helping me keep on track is this cool website called -- it's free, and it helps track workouts and nutrition, and it's kinda geeky, so it appeals to my nerdy side. Plus, there's an iPhone interface so I can enter all my info right from my phone during my workout while I'm listening to music.

Anyhoo, I know there are alot of folks on my friends list who are regulars at the gym... if you're looking for something to help track workout progress, this is actually pretty cool.
