At my 2003 with great change it was packed.
It started with snow piled high round my place
It started with bones broken for lack of grace.
There were friends who brough joy on the day of my birth
Broken bones kill my gym-time and added to girth.
The gift fairy gave me the gift to beat all
And I returned quite triumphant once more to Nepal.
July saw my last 4th in Liberty's Womb
July saw my last days in work's nasty tomb.
Cross the country I fled with
Back in Boston are friend without whom I have cried.
But now I'm in Cali in my new living space
Sharing life with
Improv is new, and those friends are a blast
And they're meshing with old friends unbelieveably fast.
Those old friends have kept me from going insane
They're wonderous to know you should all do the same.
But above all there's one thing that warms up my heart
Distance no longer keeps family apart.
So despite the strong yearning for "Wicked" and "Cahs"
And my longing for bad roads and cool Irish "Bahs"
I'm glad I was brave and I saw my plans through
I don't think it possible without each of you.
I love you guys.
Happy holidays.
