Medicine for the soul...

So tonight, many of us trekked up to San Francisco to go to the SF-Improv Co-Op's open Improv Jam.

I got up and participated in the second round of longform that happened. No, I didn't do my best work, but I had some moments. And it felt really good to just PLAY.

The compliments I got afterwards from the total strangers helped too. I still got it.
